I was looking around trying to find some ways to make extra cash and I found out about selling pictures and images. You can get paid quite a lot. I put more info on my blog http://chachingqueen.blogspot.com/
Like to take pictures? Do you have some nice photographs? You could possibly make some money off of them.
There are many sites where you can upload your photos and start making money.
Here are a few:

You images sell for different amounts depending on the site. Some sites let you pick the price, while other have a set amount.

responses and comments:
how did thouse sites work? I`m payed only if i`m rated by others ? Or how? Because a computer can`t know if my picture it`s pretty or not. It must be something, because if it was just the computer, i would take 1000 pictures and i`ll have a lot of money in just one hour. NO/? So, can you tell me more about thouse sites? i`m really interested. [delkar]
You get paid when others download your photos. Many of these sites have paying subscribers that are looking for photos for their business. [rachelcaron]
Sounds like a good idea too but i think there's a catch here. What types of pictures will they pay and why do we sell photos for? Hmmm, just thinking if i will do sell or just protect my privacy. When did u start? i was thinking how much do they pay for every photos you posted. If ever there is no trick to these sites, well i can try to click pictures of nature and all. [strawberrychocodahi]
It's a residual pay & a commission-feel. On those sites you'll only earn per sale you make as in when someone downloads one of your stock photos. Shareapic is another site like these but it's based on the views you get to it. [LouieWpHs04]
For a more realistic amount of money you could always check out the Photographers Market for 2009 which should have probably already came out already. It just provides places to send your photos in and possibly get them put in magazines and such & make a one-time fee, or possible super high residual depending on how often the company uses your picture. I know of all these, though. Minus dreamstime, that one's new to me! [LouieWpHs04]
No problem, and g'luck to you :) [LouieWpHs04]
These are for stock images. This business is also good. I'm hoping to get a good camera first before going into this business. [fsound]

hello, i have look into these sites....they look interesting......thanks for sharing. have a nice day..:-) [ppkumar]
I have many times thought about putting some stock photos on those sites. I heard it is not as easy as just putting any photo on there. You usually have to have many photos to peak interest and they also have to be good quality. You can even see by viewing their most popular that those are very well done commercial quality photos. That is great that you are doing so well with them! I still have my photos waiting for me to give it a try :o). [onedaysoon]
how is this possible? could you give me the details?.. thanks. [yshaleigh]
Basically you upload your high quality pics and they choose which they want. If they pick any of yours, you get paid every time someone downloads/uses your image. [rachelcaron]

I would make sure the photos are copy written before I put them up. Anyone could download it and use it anywhere or they could sell it. I am not a photographer nor am I interested in it but that is a great way to make some cash. [seabeauty]
When you upload you are allowing people to use your photo however they want. You can also choose to sell the exclusive copyright to it - of course you make more then. [rachelcaron]
can i upload same pictures to multiple websites.? [roshangeorgev]
oh really...i'm not much of uploading photos i enjoyed posting discussion and most of the time replying to discussion... [worldbestwriter2008]

great. Glad it will help you. Let me know how it turns out. [rachelcaron]
I actually use a different site for my photos. I have a personal blog that I always put TONS of photos in, so I decided to go the route of being paid per impression. The site I use lets you upload photos to an unlimited Storage space, and there is no need to wait for approval. They don't resize your photos or anything, which is great for me, because I am a photographer! You get links to your photos on the site and post them in blogs, on websites, even on myspace and facebook. When someone clicks on the thumbnail that you have posted, it opens a new window with your fullsize photo in it. They get to see the photo, and you get to collect for each unique impression made! I don't make a whole lot from it, YET, But that is because I don't have a LOT of followers of my blog. Only about 15 people read my blog, but in the past 24 hours, 4 of those users had just signed up to follow. Maybe in a few weeks I will have more followers and I could earn more! [rebelmel]
