I open my neoubux yesterday and it was ok, i even continue the service of my two rental referrals. I always open my neobux every 6pm philippine time because that is my server time. When i opened it today, i was shock to see that i am suspended and lucky for me because this explain why they suspended my account. Violations of using two accounts in one computer and i was shocked, why. then i remember what happened the other day.
I invited my associates to join neobux as my direct referral, actually i have 3 from the office. But only one can used since we are using one ip. then last month we cant open neobux in the office, either our IT engineer put it in the site that we cannot open or our server hang the system. Its been a month since any one of them cant open the neobux. But me i open it here at home with my laptop. The othery day, i think that was thursday, i was in my sister office and its already 6pm so i decided to open my neobux there. I have to do it there since its past 6pm and my server time should be 5:17. So it went successfully. When i go home, my associate went with me at home and she said can she open her neobux since i already opened it my sister office so i think its ok.
But now that i am suspended, i think its not allowed and honestly i never think it was violation since i open mine in my sister office. Anyways my questions are if suspended, it mean i can still used in the next few day or i can never open my neoubux anymore?

only ways is to create a new account ,and take care not to let your friends to join through your pc but there is a trick ,if your internet service provider allocates a dynamic ip address, then you can create as many accounts as you wish, for ex 1.create an account 2.now logout from your isp account 3.restart your system 4.login to isp account 5.now you will be alloted with different ip address 6.join your friend through your pc thats it its a trick to fool neobux but this trick works only for dynamic ip address not for static ip address to check whether your ip address has changed or not goto command prompt and press ipconfig, if you find a change in your ip address when compared to previous one,then your isp is providing you a dynamic ip address and ofcourse you are lucky,or else you are alloted with static ip address [shivsha]
Right! Try to to renew it by entering ipconfig /renew or right click somewhere down at the bottom right hand side of your pc screen where you see the two computer monitor icons and choose repair. Or you can use a router instead ü [fracsx]

Neobux implemented a new rule a month ago that only one account per computer is allowed. So you said that you and your friend logged in from the same laptop and because of this you violated their T.O.S so your account was suspended. So from now on you better be sure that nobody else logs into neobux from your computer, or you will get suspended again. I personally don't like this rule but the admin said that it is to stop people from cheating on neobux. [umairanwer]

So sad that you lost a genuine paying PTC site account. Neobux was the undisputed leader and I've never heard anyone complain about it. You've lost your account as a result of the violation of terms though you didn't intend to do so. That is the problem with Internet service providers who allocate static IP. Or probably even you should not create more than one account per PC. If you send them an email, explaining exactly what occurred you may get off suspension. My account was suspended due to inactivity, so I sent them an email explaining that I couldn't connect to the site for a long time. They verified that there was a problem connecting using the IP Ranges of my ISP and corrected the problem and reinstated my account. In your case you may need to get your friend to send an email using the IP she normally does. However they are rather strict when it comes to using the same computer to click advertising even if it is 2 different people. Good luck [Jimeous]

Not sure about Neobux, but once my google adsense account was suspended due to invalid clicks,(of others fault), I did mailed them , with full explanations n all, and they reactivated my account, stating they would deduct the the invalid clicks amount(that was for that 1 week), n rest my account got activated again. Have you contacted Neobux and explained what happened? I am still new with Neobux so I am not really that familiar yet with their terms and conditions. Although I am really careful. i tried to click all the possible options to send email or ticket to neobux but nothing happen. its not working. so i think i am suspended forever and it is just so sad that they dont even give me warning like the other site they have 3 warnings before they will suspend their member. That's sad but what happened to you is somehow reasonable. We can refer members from our household but we should not be sharing the same ip address. I don't know if your being banned permanently but I suggest you contact admin and ask and tell them what happened. [angel_of_charm]

Sorry to hear that. I wonder how much did you earn from them now before you got suspended. I personally think that neobux has to do that because they wanted a user to use only one ip address for sign up to avoid such cheat. And it was clear that they pointed out that anyone who caught using the same ip address for sign up will be banned from the site that is why i only have one account even if i have two different computers to open up the website. It is not an issue if you open an existing account to another location like when you rent a computer in an internet cafe to access your neobux account, that will not be a violation. But to sign up an account using that same ip address, thats the violation of their terms. Nope!I don't if they allow one IP. As I remember, when I am a new member. I experience about IP duplication. When I access neo, it says that there is someone clicking and not click on myself because it already clicked. I address my problem to neo admin. IP duplication is not a violation of the Tos, the thing happen to you in your computer, where they can monitor that. Before someone use your computer in that purpose, you need to clear all cookies so that they cannot monitor how you are doing in your computer.
