Is there any harm in making online money, I dont see any until and unless you are ignoring your family and other responsibilities. Internet is not the world for you and your mornings and evenings end here at the internet, Are you a internet freak, so much that youve lost yourself completely in money making process!

I belong to several PTC sites. I usually do them at night while my family is watching tv. I use my laptop and click away as I am not a big fan of sitting and watching tv. While there are commercials (when my family usually will talk) I can still sit and participate and spend time with my family. [gdesjardin]

I am not that big moneymaker that I should spend on my free time on earning money. I think earning money is dangerous to your own money: you should be careful when investing money into different sites and projects, for example PTC sites. I have a negative experience with that kind of stuff, so I try to research any site before putting my money here. I started making money online a few years ago when the spedia craze hit the web, then continued with autosurfs (made a couple hundred bucks), PTC/PTR and am now trying to make some extra cash with traffic exchanges. I don't think there's anything wrong with trying to make some money. I love the internet and spend time online every day. I don't feel like I neglect my family or friends. I guess I found the right balance between the cyber world and the real world. [katka15]
Yeah its fine if you dont sit for hours on it and try to make it your living. Earning on the internet and especially sites like Mylot and Neobux should be only done in your free time and not all the time that you forget the people around you as well as yourself. I see nothing wrong with making money online.as long as you don't forget your other responsibilities and it doesn't interfere with other aspects of your life,earning money online is a good way for extra earnings.for me,it's one of the advantages of having an Internet connection at home.just be careful and avoid scammers. i work online, i have many money making sites visited daily and i go online after i have done my household work, sometimes i multitask between online work and house work whenever i am alone here. and internet keeps me awake at night as i dont go to sleep in the evening, i wait till its 5 am so i can prepare my kids things and food for school, i can wake them up early and they wont be late for school... after they have gone to school then i can stop the online thing and go to sleep. No, I make money online apart from my life. It's a hobby for me that I'm doing really well at it, I'd say. I'm not an internet freak but I do love the computer because of the opportunity it presents. It can be harmful if you cannot control youself in using internet for making money or anything else. It should not become addiction. Internet is the technology which can make you mad behind it. So as person you have to balance in between your other activity on net and your personal relationships.I am so mad behind internet not for money making but behind chatting so i have to control myself many times. Well for about 15 days I guess it was like that.I was in search of legitimate sites and I desperately needed them. But once I got hold of enough sites, I now don't act like an internet geek.I stick to the sites I have and if some new interesting ones come up,then I add that to my list. I don't forget/neglect my responsibilities. Time management is essential. I go out.I take care of my chores. I think balance in anything and everything one does is essential. [cbeee3]

Of course there's no harm done earning money online. I don't see any wrong with it as long as you still have a life in the real world. I've been earning money online since 2007 (more or less) I still have a real job. I still spend time with my family, my life doesn't only revolve around making paycheck alone. Personally, I see no issue with making some money online. Infact, it will in a way add even a little into the family's finances. I guess what the problem maybe is if you are neglecting your other duties and spend day and night being online. [chikadee21ph]
As far as I am concerned, there is nothing wrong with trying to make money online, as long as a person is very careful they don't get involved in scams. I do ptc sites along with mylot, and they are all free so to me they are at least worth giving a try. I will not invest money in any program that I am not sure about as I have been scammed many times and it sure didn't feel very good, so I avoid those things at all cost. The ptc sites I am doing are low paying, but I am doing enough of them, that I can make something anyway. I have been paid by one ptc site, and the others I have yet to reach payout but getting close on a few of them.
