What Sites Do You Use To Review Online Earning Opportunities

Do you seek reviews or advice about online money making programs before you sign-up to anything? Other than myLot, which sites do you use? Are they helpful when trying to discern whether a program is honest or fraudulent? Are those sites also providing good information to help others differentiate between good or bad programs, or are they part of the problem because they are actually trying to promote or favor certain programs? Two of my favorites are Survey Police and Volition Forums: www.surveypolice.com http://forum.volition.com/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=9 SurveyPolice has a ranking system and also allows users to leave their comments. The advice/reviews on the volition boards are all user generated, but the moderators on Volition are alert and vigilant and they don't allow promotion or misinformation.

I am happy with the forum that discipline and respect the rules. In addition to MyLot I learn some other program, but there were no matches. Thanks for sharing.. [hsofyan]

well when it comes to finding out about sites i use mylot and some times do searches. most of the time i can just ask about a site here on mylot because most of the people know some thing about a site. if no one knows about the site then i do a search to see if its a scam. other then that i really dont sign up for many site that make money because i already have sites that pay well already. so are those site that you metion any good at find out information about sites? [sisco100]
sisco100, The myLot Making Money forum is an excellent source for advice and recommendations. I ask questions here and use it frequently. I wouldn't be surprised to here that members use it exclusively and have never been steered wrong. I have found the sites that I listed in the OP (original post) to be very helpful. They are not the only source that I use. the7elements, I agree that doing your own research is of utmost importance and one shouldn't accept anonymous comments as outright fact. All programs had to start out as new programs at one time. You may not find it necessary to try new programs out if you have a solid set that never lets you down. Sometimes good programs go bad or become shut down and replacements need to be found. Thanks for sharing. [bayernfan]

no i dont use any site like that. most of the time my boyfriend sends me the links to site that really payout. so i would say that i relie on my boyfriend to get my information on site. if some one else sends me a link i ask him about it to see if he knows if its good and worth my time. personally i only use mylot and survey sites to make my money. most other sites take to long for me to make money on with out refferrals. [phifer]
Then you have a reliable source other than myLot, your boyfriend. Word of mouth is oftentimes the best way to learn about quality of products/programs. Some programs like BzzAgent try to create word of mouth advertisement through innovative and creative ways while rewarding participating members in a variety of ways. Cheers. happy [bayernfan]

I created a website forum a few months back that thus far is one of the best places to review passive income opportunities. I have sub forums for paid to click sites, paid to reads, get paid to complete offers, paid to post sites, freebie sites, etc. And unlike every other forum out there, I do diligent research on each program and list them MYSELF as either being "trusted" "established" "newer" or "blacklisted". I use other sites such as "surveypolice.com" and message board to accurately find out which programs are worth joining and just how long they've been around. My only problem is that I can't get members to join the forum and advertise new programs or review the sites. Anyone who wants to join my forum, review programs, post, help me advertise it, or even be a moderator can visit, http://www.freehaven.ws [the7elements]
Thanks for posting this response. I think that you are attempting to supply people with a very helpful resource. There are many sites out there that will claim to provide invaluable information while putting their objectivity in question with the use of promotional tools. Thorough and accurate accounts of online opportunities can be hard to come by, especially while localized in the same place. I'll check in on your site when I get a chance. I'd be happy to add or contribute if I can. Cheers. [bayernfan]

Here in MyLot is an excellent place for me to discover new online earning opportunities. In fact, I found most of the online earning websites here in MyLot. And ask questions about reviews and opinions here in MyLot. Being motivated by earning here, many are keen to share which made information sharing here relatively effective as I would put it. Cheers. [arcideaco]

Thanks for the links, reading that volition forum now. Some interesting content on there. I generally read the reviews of "internet profit" sites on Dooyoo.com if I'm looking for a new site to join. [Misiufraggle]
You're most welcome Misiufraggle. I am always looking for new ways to learn about opportunities and share experiences with others. Thank you for mentioning a site for me to check out. Your contribution in this discussion is appreciated. [bayernfan]

It really depends what I am reviewing, but normally I go to volition.com to see if there is anything there. I also belong at a yahoo group of ladies that help eachother out with making money online, so I always ask there too! [floridaangel]
Yeah, I find the Volition forums to be an excellent source for advice and help. Teaming up with friends and helping one another to avoid the pitfalls of online earning is a great strategy. If you can't trust your friends, then who can you trust? [bayernfan]

Hi there. I am interested with this one... Thanks for this., Important question though... Do they accept Asian participants? [asianwind]
If you are referring to the links that I supplied in the OP, both Survey Police and the Volition Forums allow anyone to visit. If you are referring to any of the programs that are reviewed on SurveyPolice or the Volition forums, then I recommend that you visit those individual program sites and check their policies. All programs have a set of policies/rules that are readily available for reading. Cheers and good luck. [bayernfan]

I have never heard of these sites. I will give them a try. I have been taking online surveys and writing articles for some time now and I had to research mine the hard way. I have finally found a good many sites that are legitimate and pay but it has taken some good old fashioned work to seek them all out. I really could have used one of these sites earlier if I has known about them. [cableman67]
Thank you for the kind words cableman67. It's always nice to here from someone when they appreciate my comments or find them worthwhile or helpful. We online earners are connected by our mutual interest, similar experiences and need for unique solutions. Oftentimes the most innovative of people are counted among us. We need to look out for one another and I try to help where I can. I have benefited from others' hard work, ideas and support. Why shouldn't I give something back? It is a whole lot harder when you have to do everything alone with nobody/nothing else to rely on. I don't mind others plugging programs or trying to get ahead as long as they do it in the appropriate places and at the right times. Some people think that it's a free for all and anything goes. I subscribe to the attitude that there are protocols to follow. Trust me, others will like you more and will be actually willing to listen if you follow a few rules. There is nothing more annoying than unsolicited messages or responses. Start a new discussion, create a blog or website, or answer questions from those who are seeking/asking for advice/links. You'll save time and much wasted effort if you reach a receptive audience and avoid burning bridges. wink Good luck out there. [bayernfan]

Wow, usually i just use the search engine to research on the scam sites and all but what you've provided here would be really useful to me in the future because i i don't know who's word to trus cz some say this site's a scam some say it isn't....so you get my point...thanks anyway, i've saved the site under favourites ;) [mira91]
You're welcome. A Google search is usually where I start. Google is a popular destination for many. Yes, it may be difficult to discern which comments are honest and which aren't helpful. It is important to find and read as many reviews as you can. With a broader range of comments, you are more likely to get a real feel for a program. Your decisions may weigh heavier on the fact that hundreds of users have had negative experiences with a program than if only a few have written about problems. You always have to be more careful with anonymous sources, that's why it helps to have myLot members to ask questions to. You can reinforce or discredit what you have found elsewhere. wink [bayernfan]

Honestly, I primarily use mylot as my destination in looking for paying sites. It's actually here where i found destroy debt which unfortunately was destroyed very recently. But I was able to cash out $9.29. Aside from this I also check pinoymoneytalk a forum mainly frequented by Filipinos. [zedlav23]
Well, your comments are quite interesting. I'm glad that you were able to cash out in time before Destroy Debt went down. I wonder how many members lost time and earnings when this event took place? Correct me if I am wrong, but Destroy Debt wasn't around for very long. This isn't a success story to me. My goal is to find stable sources for earning online and not hit and miss fly by night programs. Sure you might get paid, but a lot of time and effort gets wasted when a program folds abruptly. Almost everyone is forced to leave something on the table. I do research to limit risk and avoid losses. Thanks for sharing. happy [bayernfan]

Yes, in a chance I found a blog owner writing her advice and reviews about online earning. She is a teacher and has been in PTC earning for so long. I like to check it regularly. Some are new and some are gone, I think she is honest so I like her blog. [HelloMickey]
I think that is great. Sometimes we can stumble upon gems by accident. I always like to bookmark an interesting find right away because I can't always duplicate my search and it may take a long time to relocate a site if I can at all. Blogs are a great way for people to share their experiences and help others out. You want to avoid the pitfalls that are common to others. Many programs get created and many are forced to fold regularly. Such is the nature of business on the internet... [bayernfan]

I go this site http://www.AWSurveys.com/HomeMain.cfm?RefID=bonnieM..u just do survey n get friend then u can earn money... [bonnieM]
Thanks for the comments challenger09. Paying attention to unsolicited promotion of programs from anyone, let alone a member with such few posts, isn't high up on my list of things to do. If someone wants to make members aware of a specific program, start a discussion yourself, create a blog, or post your comments on one of the review sites. I don't click links or visit websites without doing research first anyway. Cheers. [bayernfan]

Hi, I'm just wondering whether these sites that you recommend are suitable for people in Singapore. Because most of these sites cater to US or Canadian citizens. What's yr recommendation? Cheers. [challenger09]
Well, my understanding is that most sites cater to North Americans and those in Western Europe. I'm not from Singapore. I'm a North American, the research that I do is focused on my area. If you can use any of my posts to your advantage or benefit, that's great. My recommendation would be to look out for members from Singapore or Southeast Asia and observe what is working for them. Ask these members questions and find out what programs they are members of. You may have to accept that there are just fewer opportunities for people in your region. Judging by the number of posts I've seen from members in your region asking similar questions about where to find earning opportunities, I would say that that is the case. I see many questions, but not a lot of answers... [bayernfan]
