When it comes to making money online, what do you use to keep track of it all? Programs, text file? Tax thingys, whhatt? I'm just curious. :P I like my system, but if there is a better one out there I would love to hear about it!

i use microsot excel and i update my report every night and count my earnings two .. its so easy and save me alot of time i have over 12 progrme and this is the only way to keep trck of them .. [aconites]
I've only been keeping track of it for about a month, but I use the spreadsheet function of Google Documents. As I keep track of these things from both home and work, it lets me access the file anywhere. [Ishtara]
I don't use anything online to keep track of it. I have file folders that I keep my survey sites in though. I write down everyone that I qualify for and how much it is worth. I also keep all of my check stubs. I also have record of all of my Paypal payemtns receved also. What kind of system do you use? [stephcjh]
i am not member to many site. i am just somewhat active here. sometimes i am online to a new site. so there is no keeping track for me. [subha12]
I use an excel spreadsheet. It works really well for me. What do you use? I had another member point me towards a program that you buy for 10 bucks, but honestly, I bought it and it isn't as good as my spreadsheet. [girlgonefishing]
Well I must admit that I don't have any system to keep track of earned money online. I have all my programs in bookmarks and I check each program there once or twice per day but I never write down how much money I have. That's maybe because I don't earn much money yet although I use at least 15 ptc programs, mylot and some more ads only ptc to promote my sites. Maybe I'll need some system when I really start earning good money (in my case 10 or 15 bucks per day all together from all programs together would be good money) but until than I will keep checking my bookmarked sites regularly. After my last computer tanked, I now prefer keeping track of my info in a notebook. Whenever I get a check, have money deposited into my account, or have an expense, I try to record it right away. I like keeping it simple! [welcometomyisland]
I use excel (open source version) to keep track of my earnings. It's really easy you can insert links to the pages, i can see how much i earned so far, how many ref's i have, pending cashout's, pending ref's, how much i invested in each program. I was thinking of writing a program, but my programming knowledge isn't that high. [kissnl]
I am old fashioned I guess. I have a monthly bookeeping book that I write everything in. In pencil at that. I like seeing it in front of me. I also keep copies of things in file folders. I have a 3 drawer plastic chest that I got at walmart where I keep all of that. [just2crazygirlz]
