Not that I am asking you to bash other sites, but I have been on the computer all week searching out other sites, as I have 2 ptc sites that I am happy with and will stick with for sure, I have 2 gpt sites that I am giving sometime to learn and hopefully earn from as well... and I signed up with a couple other paid to post sites, SOP and GET, now I have been there the last 2 days trying to get a feel for them but they just dont feel comfortable to me...and I quickly return to mylot, which I just love and this feels homey to me..
what is your opinion on other paid to post sites?

I have been a member of a few PTP sites but I never sticked around long enough to figure out if it was worth while. This is my 2nd day on here, and I'm still getting used to things. I prefer GPT sites but I am trying new things out. Hopefully MyLot works out well. GL with the GPT sites. I just can't other PTP sites other then Mylot. The quality is just so... lacking? Also on most of them the layout is hideous or it's all stuffed into a forum that is incredibly unorganized and it also limits the areas in which you can make discussions. I just LOVE MyLot. It's like the most reliable PTP that I've found so far (and I've tried out at least half a dozen of them so far). My only complaint is that the payout is "high" considering some PTP sites have a minimum payout of just $1! I like the set up too - the layout isn't overcrowded with advertisments either; it looks classy. I just love MyLot. I've also signed up with Size of Paper and haven't yet started posting or responding on it, I haven't figured out how it works (and it doesn't seem very "welcoming"). I'm a member of Global Earn Talk Forums, too, and while I adore that the minimum payout is $1, I find that it has WAY too many advertisements on each page - they OVERCROWD the whole thing and it looks really bad (not to mention is totally annoying). And I feel like they don't offer ENOUGH areas of disscussion, whereas at MyLot you can literally discuss ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that you have on your mind. Also, a lot of people on GET seem "exclusive" and aren't totally welcoming to newcomers. =/ I also joined Post-Parker.com, but it's definitely still in it's "beginning stages", as it only has about a hundred members, most of which don't even seem to be active. They also haven't paid anyone just yet. I'm a little nervous to invest my time & effort into some place where I might not even get paid. *sigh*. I just like MyLot best. :) [maezee]

For me, mylot is the best PTP program i've seen so far.. They are indeed a legit website.. I've tried other PTP programs but they seem not so user-friendly.. and yes, i find those programs complicated to use.. A month ago, i've signed up at SOP but i didn't like it so i've decided to quit after a week.. I find No Expiry quite complicated too.. Only few discussions are available.. [gracie04]

I'm a member of 2 PTP's and one of them is mylot. Comparing these two, mylot is the best. In that other site they're strict about posting same thread but then their search function is not that efficient. Before I started my thread, which is only my second thread, I used the search function to find out if there's already a thread about it. The result said that the keyword I used was too short so I added another word. The result turned out zero so I revised the keyword I used for the same topic, still the result was zero. I also tried to search manually and I didn't find any. So I thought it was okay for me to go ahead and start the discussion. Then I got a pm from the admin saying that I have a warning because of double posting. So, I wrote them saying what I just said here but I don't think they will remove that warning on my name which will last for a month and I think I will also have a deduction on my earnings. Since then I didn't go back to that forum anymore. They pay better than mylot but I don't enjoy being there. Mylot is still the best forum for me. [aprilten]

I think other paid to post sites would need a minor miracle to do much better than mylot. I don't quite know what it is about mylot but it is so inviting and once you are here it is difficult to leave. I have only been to one other PTP site and stayed for about a week because the feel was soooooooo different. Firstly they had fewer members and on some occasions I was literally the only person on the site....that's just not good enough in my opinion. They also seemed to have more moderators than they had members so it felt a little like a police state. And finally they had so many rules about what o post and what not to post that the experience of posting was a little like walking on egg shells while trying not to crack any. Suffice to say, I have not returned and am now blissfully contented with mylot. [imaginearea]

Actually now a days you will get many paid to post forums which are giving good paying rate than mylot but the fact is those are having lots of confusing rules and their format and interface is very annoying ,mylot is a site where you can gain ur knowledge ,i joined one forum site 2 days back that forum is very clean ,no confusing rules straight way 3 cent for threads 2 cents for posting,if you are interested i can pm you. Well in paid to post sites i stil joined only the Mylot.. I don't want to join the other paid to post site.. i am very happy with that.. i got lot of freinds here all around the world. And the earning is also a good.. apart from the mylotters are too good here,, and very supportive they will help you regarding any advise.. So Still i joined this site only .. Honetly a lot of them are pretty bad. They either don't pay, take forever to pay or are just to confusing to try and figure out how to do them. There are also a few good ones as well. I have more faith in the write to earn sites, and the sites where you write product reviews. They are more trustworthy and reliable to me. Mylot is definately one of the best ones. [ladym33]

This is the only one I belong to. I don't think I could have as much fun if I split myself up and tried elsewhere too, I prefer to stay in one place and get to know the users better. I am new to myLoat but I like it so far. My favorite site is ehow.com though. Very professional looking. I am a member of ehow, helium, mylot and busika. I do not care for heluim and busika very much. If you or anyone else is not a ehow member let me know and I will give you a run down. He only used it to get members for another site he runs. I wound up leaving. It's a shame, I loved going there. Haven't been there long enough to make the payout but it was a nice site. [seabeauty]
the other sites are pay to post, but they arent really like mylot, it is much different here and they have alot of rules and less posting options at the other sites.. I love mylot more than any other sites they have paid me 4x already. They may be slow now but I still believe that they will push through.. I have also 2 PTC sites that pays..donkeymails and jillsclickscorner. I guess those 3 I would never give up on. well, some of these sites one has to be careful about. since you have to dedicate time and effort to these sites. So in all your venture, please be careful. I strongly believe that mylot is one of the best sites you can earn from, and so i would encourage you to stick to it. There is always the need to do more , but patience is a virtue. What I've learnt is that you have to put in some quality time in mylot to get paid. think about it. [catilda]

well the best thing to do is keep answering posts, and if you have anything you want to discuss then you can start one and see who answers...sometimes you will get alot of responses,and sometimes very little. This is the one I stick with. I have been here over a year. It has become very comfortable. I have online pals. I do use some gpt sites as well. And I have some favorites. I would suggest checking profiles here. Alot of us have sites that pay that we like. You may find another 1 or 2 that you can enjoy. [ersmommy1]

Oh whatever, you are just trying to get us to bash myLot, LOL. Just kidding. I think myLot is wonderful and wish I had found it sooner. I am trying to figure out all of these money sites, but I am so impatient I'm not sure how I'm going to do it. I'm going to try to make it to the payout and see if I actually get paid with them, and go from there. The biggest thing for me is that I would no longer be active for the people whom I used their referral. I don't want to stop clicking on those silly little sites and cause others to miss out. I think the thing is to get several referrals under you so that they do the work for you. I try to spend time before work and on my lunch to get those sites out of the way, so that when I'm off work for the day I can devote as much time here. Hello bookreadermom08! I also went through with what you did. My earnings here in mylot is good, but you know, human nature, we want to earn more. I am looking for ptp as I was tired of ptcs. I came accross webtradehut last year. The earnings is easy there. But the problem is that the place is not organize and it's as if, I am looking for a place that I don't know. In short, they are not user friendly. Another problem is that I don't understand how they pay. So like you, I only stick to mylot and nothing compares here. Mylot is still the best site for me. Personally in my opinion, out of all of the paid to post sites I have ever tried, and all the PTC sites compared to myLot, myLot definately wins hands down. Yes, there are even some paid to Write or review sites that are harder to earn from than here, but Good sites, but personally I count on myLot first, and then go to the other sites next to try and earn something from there as well.
